Keto Hom-I-Licious Llp

We started Keto Hom-I-Licious Llp over at No 691St Cross in Ejipura because we wanted to do something a bit different with food. It is a small place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen trying out recipes that do not use many carbs. Some days are much busier than others, especially when the orders come in all at once and we are trying to keep up. We are just a small team here in the Ejipura neighborhood. We handle everything ourselves, from the cooking to the packing and even the cleaning up at the end of the shift. The street can get a bit crowded with parked scooters and people walking by, but we have gotten used to the noise. People around here usually know where we are if they need us. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it tastes like something you would actually want to eat at your own table. Sometimes we run out of specific items or a batch of bread does not turn out just right, so we just have to start all over again. It is just how it goes when you are doing things by hand instead of using big machines. Most of our day is spent looking at labels and measuring out ingredients very carefully. We are not a big factory. Just a local spot on 1st Cross trying to keep things simple and honest for everyone.
