Kaze Kitchen Llp is located in HSR Layout. You can find us at No 1461/1784 on 19th Main Road in the 1st Sector. Bangalore is full of food places, and we are just one of them. We started this kitchen because we wanted to cook for people. It’s not a massive operation. We have a small crew and a lot of pots and pans. HSR Layout is always busy, so there is plenty of noise outside from the bikes and cars. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients and checking the stove. Sometimes we run out of things and have to dash to the market nearby. It’s a very hands-on business for us. The kitchen gets very hot in the afternoons but that’s expected in this line of work. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished brand. It’s just us trying to make good food every day. The building is a standard HSR setup. We like being on 19th Main because people are always passing by the door. It’s a lot of work to keep a kitchen running day after day. We do our own cleaning and stock taking at night. It’s a bit messy at times when things get frantic, but we keep the food part right. We are just regular people who enjoy being in the kitchen. 560102 is a good area to be in for food. We just go about our business and try to get the orders out on time.
