We operate Kaynes Technology India Pvt Ltd from our place in Yelahanka V Phase, specifically at H. No. 227-B, Block No. 15. This part of Bangalore, the 560064 area, has changed a lot since we first set up here. Our building is a standard industrial-style structure in the KHB area. Inside, it is mostly about the work floor and the testing benches. We deal with a lot of hardware and components, so there are always parts and tools lying around. It is not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it is a place where things actually get built. The staff here mostly takes the local buses or rides their bikes to get to the V Phase every morning. We have a small break area where everyone eats their tiffin and talks about the traffic or the weekend. Our work requires a lot of attention to detail, so the floor can be quite focused and quiet during the middle of the shift. We have been part of this Yelahanka community for a good while now. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed, but we just keep at it. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent looking at boards and making sure everything is connected right. It is a practical, hardworking environment for people who like to tinker and build things for the industry.
