N R Colony is a pretty peaceful part of Ashoknagar, and we are right there on 6th Cross. It feels more like a residential neighborhood than a big business district, which suits our style just fine. Our building at number 89 is not hard to find, but it is tucked away behind some big trees that drop leaves all over the entrance. Every morning starts with one of us clearing those away so people don't slip. Inside, it is a fairly basic setup. We have got the testing rooms and a small area where people wait their turn. It is mostly locals who come in, like grandparents bringing their grandkids or people from the nearby offices who need a quick checkup. We do not use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something we are not. We just look at eyes. The staff spends a lot of time chatting about what is happening in the colony or where to get the best snacks nearby. It is a very human way to work. We do not have a big HR department or a bunch of rules about how to speak to people. We just treat everyone like a neighbor. The equipment is reliable and we keep it clean, but the décor has not changed much in ten years. It is an honest kind of place. We do our work and then close up when the streetlights come on.
