Karle International

Karle International is situated right on Church Road, just off Tumkur Road in Bangalore. This part of the city is always busy. Being at No. 116/31 means we hear the traffic all day long, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a very active spot. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It's just us in the office. We handle our tasks as they come in. The building is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a few rooms where we keep everything organized. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly moving things around to make more space. It’s a working office, through and through. There’s usually a pot of tea going and someone talking on the phone. We don’t put on any acts for visitors. What you see is exactly what we are. We've been on Tumkur Road for a while now and we know the local shops and where to get the best lunch. The commute can be a nightmare for some of the staff because of the construction, but we all show up anyway. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There isn't much to say beyond that. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to keep the business running smoothly and pay the bills. It’s a simple life here at the office, and we’re fine with that. We just focus on the boxes and the papers and getting through the afternoon heat.
