Finding us can be a little tricky if you are not looking for the sign near the BDA Complex in Koramangala 4th Block. We are up on the first floor of building 81 on 7th Cross. It is a typical Bangalore commercial space where you have to walk up some narrow stairs that have seen better days. Once you get inside, it is pretty standard for an eye clinic. We have some posters on the walls about health that have been there for years and a few rows of chairs for waiting. The 7th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for the patients. We get a lot of older folks who have lived in the area for decades and they like to sit and talk for a bit after their exams are over. We do not have any fancy robots or a high-tech lobby area. It is just a place where we check your eyes and tell you if you need new glasses or some drops. The staff has been together for a long time, so we know each other's moods and who takes their tea with no sugar in the afternoon. It is a small operation. We handle the paperwork, answer the phone, and make sure the floor is swept at the end of the day. There is no big mystery to it. We open the doors, do the tests, and help people see a bit better before they go back home.
