We are situated out on Hosur Road, Phase IV, over in the Anekal Taluk area near Vasanth Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s a good location for what we do. The building is number 24. We focus on cultural activities and arts, which means there is almost always some kind of music or movement going on inside. The hall we use has high ceilings, which is great for the sound, but it can get a bit echoey. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve become a regular part of the local scene. On weekends, the place is especially busy with people coming in from the surrounding residential areas. We have some old chairs lined up against the walls for parents to sit while they wait. The floor is kept clean because a lot of what we do involves being barefoot. We don’t have a big corporate team running things; it’s just a few of us who handle everything from sweeping the floors to organizing the schedules. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but once you get inside, it’s a different world. We don’t do much fancy promotion. We just put up a few posters and let word of mouth do the rest. It’s a simple, honest place where people come to stay connected to their roots and learn something meaningful.
