K3S VENTURES LLP

K3S VENTURES LLP is based in RT Nagar, specifically at A1 301 in the Sriram White house. This is a residential area in the Second Block, near 15th Cross and 6th Main. It feels more like a home than a big corporate office because it is tucked away in an apartment complex. You have to sign in at the gate sometimes, and the security guards know most of us by sight now. RT Nagar is always busy, but once you get inside the Sriram White house, it gets a lot quieter. We have our setup on the third floor. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air during the day. The furniture is just basic stuff we bought when we started, nothing too fancy or matching. We have our files organized in cabinets along the wall. Most of the time, the hum of the fans is the only thing you hear besides the keyboards clicking. It is a decent place to work. We like being in this part of Bangalore because the food nearby is good and it isn't too hard for everyone to reach. We just do our business here day in and day out. It is a small team and we know each other well. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we just take the stairs. That is just how it is here in the office. We keep it simple.
