If you head down Dinnur Main Road toward the R.T. Nagar Post, you’ll find us on the second floor of building number one. J.J. Lall Wire Net Pvt. Ltd. has been around this part of town for quite a while. Our office is usually filled with rolls of different wire meshes and samples that we show to anyone who drops by. It’s a bit of a specialized business, and we spend most of our time talking to people about gauges and weave patterns. The stairs up to the second floor are steep, so we try not to forget anything in the car. It’s a noisy office because of the traffic on Dinnur Main Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big showroom or glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who’ve been buying from us for years. We just keep track of the orders and make sure the factory is sending out the right stuff. Sometimes there’s a mix-up with the delivery trucks, and we have to spend the afternoon sorting that out. It’s just a regular way to earn a living. We have our small routines, like who gets to the office first to open the windows and get some air moving. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure people get the right wire for their fences or filters.
