We are based in J.P. Nagar Phase 5. It’s a nice part of South Bangalore. The office is pretty straightforward. We deal with medical gear and have been around the neighborhood for some time now. You can find us easily if you know the Phase 5 area. It's mostly residential around here, which makes it a bit quieter than the city center. We like that. Most of our days are spent checking stock and talking to local clinics. It isn't anything too complicated. We started small and just kept at it. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks. Sometimes the rain makes the roads here a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. It’s just an office where we keep track of things. We know our customers by name mostly. It feels more like a community than just a business. The shelves are usually full of supplies. We try to keep things tidy, but when a big delivery comes in, it gets a little chaotic for a day or two. My brother helps out with the books sometimes. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us by word of mouth or seeing the sign outside. It’s a steady pace. We like being in J.P. Nagar. It feels like home to us. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep a few potted plants.
