Our spot for Incap Cms Pvt Ltd is over at D 314 in the Neeladri Mahal Apartment. If you know Bangalore, you know Nandidurga Road can get pretty packed with cars during the rush hour. We are right there in Jayamahal. It is actually a nice area with a lot of trees still standing, which is rare for the city these days. We use this space more like a home base for the administrative side of things. It’s not like a big factory floor here, just desks and computers and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in for a meeting, but we manage to fit everyone. We’ve been at this address for a bit and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. The apartment building itself is older, so it has that solid feel to it. Usually, we are busy on the phones or tracking shipments for the manufacturing side. It is a bit different from our other sites because it feels more like a regular office in a residential neighborhood. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment number. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the room besides the laptops. It is a practical place to work from and being in Jayamahal makes it easy to reach other parts of Bangalore when we have to visit clients or suppliers.
