Incap Cms Pvt Ltd

Started working at Incap Cms Pvt Ltd in Basavanthanahalli quite a while back now. It is out here in Sira, near the Kallambella post office. The area is pretty quiet compared to the big cities, mostly just fields and some industrial units scattered around the Tumkur district. We spend our days managing the floor and making sure the assembly lines don't get stuck. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have backups to keep things moving. It is a long drive for some of us, but you get used to the road after a few months. The people who work here are mostly locals from the nearby villages. We usually have tea together in the morning before the machines start up. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a solid building where we get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the location, but we keep the inside clean for the electronics work. It feels like a small community here because everyone knows everyone's family. We just focus on the orders we have for the week and try to get home before it gets too dark. If you are looking for us, we are right past the main junction in Basavanthanahalli. It is a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We have been in this part of Karnataka for a good while now and seen the area change bit by bit.
