IGEN ADVISORS LLP

Our office for Igen Advisors LLP is at No. 3237. We are located in the VHBCS Layout, specifically in the 4th Phase of Girinagar. It’s a very local neighborhood. The building is a standard house that’s been converted into an office space. We’ve been here for several years now. Girinagar is a nice place to work because it doesn't feel like a cold business district. There are trees on the street and neighbors who recognize us. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have a few long tables and some swivel chairs that squeak a bit. We do advisory work, so there are always stacks of documents around. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small one that does the job. Most days it’s just the sound of typing and some quiet conversation. The 4th Phase is easy to navigate once you get the hang of the layout. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most people who come here heard about us from someone else. It’s a small operation. We like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending emails across the room. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, but usually we head out at a normal time. There's a park nearby where some of us walk during lunch. It’s just a regular life here at Igen. We focus on the tasks we have and try to stay organized.
