Icon Insulations Pvt. Ltd. is located at 502, 1st I Cross, 3rd Main, in the 6th Block of Bsk 3rd Stage, near Hosakerehalli Cross. It’s a residential neighborhood that’s gradually turned more commercial, so we’re tucked in among houses and small shops. Finding the right cross can be a bit of a puzzle for people visiting for the first time because the streets are narrow and look similar. Our office is on one of the floors of a multi-story building, and it’s packed with samples of different insulation materials. You’ll see rolls of fiberglass and foam sheets tucked into every available corner. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites and making sure the materials arrive when they’re supposed to. The bells from the nearby temple can be heard throughout the day, which gives the place a bit of a local feel. We have a small table where we all sit for lunch, and it’s usually the only time the phones stop ringing for a minute. The staff is small, just a handful of us who handle the sales and the logistics.
