Hydro Lines - India

Our place is located out in the Peenya Industrial Estate, specifically on the 5th Cross in the 1st Stage. If you know the area, you know it’s full of factories and workshops. We are at Plot No. M4. It’s a practical, industrial kind of spot where we work with hydraulic lines and hoses. There is usually a lot of metal and rubber around, and the smell of machine oil is pretty common in our shop. It is not the kind of place where you would come for a quiet afternoon. There are machines running and trucks loading or unloading parts right outside the door. We spend most of our time at the workbench or checking the inventory in the back. The walls are lined with different sizes of pipes and fittings. We don’t have a fancy reception area or air conditioning that works all the time. It gets hot during the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the work. People from other units in Peenya come by when they need a specific part for their machinery. We know most of the guys working in the nearby plots. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Our work is mostly about being here when a customer has a broken line that needs fixing right away. It’s a busy, gritty environment, but we like the pace of it. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people.
