Hiringkites Human Capital Llp

Our place is at No.106 in Shuddha Shelters, located in Bilekahalli, Begur Hobli. It’s a bit of a residential area, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main city. Hiringkites Human Capital Llp is run from this office. We have a couple of rooms where we sit and talk to people. It’s nothing fancy, just some basic furniture and some computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that’s just how things are around here. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to help people find where they need to go. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There's always a half-empty box of biscuits or a stack of folders on the table. We like it this way because it feels more relaxed. People who visit us often say it feels more like a house than a company office. We don't wear suits or anything. Just normal clothes for a normal day of work. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We might not have the biggest name in town, but we do our best with what we have and keep things moving. We usually leave once the sun starts to set.
