Our place is down in Goa, at No. C-184 in the Syngenta Housing Colony in Corlim-Ilhas. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big city offices. Being in Goa, things feel a little more spread out, though we still work hard at Hikal Ltd. The colony is a quiet spot, and our facility is integrated into the local landscape. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s not a high-rise building with a view of the beach. It’s more of a functional industrial setting where the focus is on the output. We have a lot of equipment to look after and schedules to keep. The weather can be pretty intense, especially during the monsoon, but we keep the operations running regardless. We aren't really the type to put out big brochures or talk about ourselves much. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and handle the day-to-day challenges as they come. Our team is a mix of locals and people who moved here for the work. There’s a lot of knowledge on the floor, even if we don't wear suits to show it off. It’s a grounded way of working. We deal with the real-world stuff, making sure things are built or processed correctly. It’s steady work in a part of Goa that most tourists never really see. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
