Greenview Medical Centre

If you look right across from Agara Lake in HSR Layout, you’ll find us at Greenview Medical Centre. Being right there between Sector 20 and 21 on 14th Main means we see a lot of the local traffic. The view of the lake is nice if you can catch a glimpse between patients. Our days are mostly spent handling the walk-ins and the scheduled visits. The lobby is usually full by ten in the morning. We have a small team here, and everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering phones or helping someone find their way to the lab. The hallway is narrow, and sometimes it gets a bit noisy when several families are waiting at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the people walking through the door. Sometimes the computers act up, or the lift takes forever, but we just keep going. The nurses know most of the regulars by name. It’s a practical setup, meant for getting medical work done without too much fuss. In the evenings, the street outside gets packed with people going to the lake, so parking can be a bit of a scramble for the staff. We’ve been in this corner of HSR for a while and have seen the area change a lot over the years.
