Green Harvest Exports Pvt Ltd

We are up on the second floor of a building on Infantry Road. It is number 139 if you are looking for it. Green Harvest Exports Pvt Ltd is mostly just a lot of desks and piles of paperwork. Since we deal with exports, the phones are usually ringing at odd hours. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped in here with all the files and the computer monitors. We look out over the street and see the cars crawling by all afternoon. It’s not very exciting work but it keeps us busy. We handle a lot of logistics for farm products going out to other places. The lift in this building is quite old and sometimes it makes a strange grinding noise. Most of us just take the stairs to the second floor instead. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long shifts. The office gets a bit stuffy because the windows don’t open very far. We have some maps pinned to the walls and a few calendars that are usually marked up with shipping dates. It’s a pretty standard office setup with no fancy furniture. We spend a lot of time talking to truck drivers and warehouse managers over the phone. It can get stressful when a shipment is stuck somewhere but we just figure it out as we go. That is pretty much how our days look here on Infantry Road.
