Gokaldas Weil Pvt. Ltd.

We work out of # 7 & 12 in the Industrial Suburbs II Stage in Yeshwantpur. Gokaldas Weil Pvt. Ltd. is based here, and it’s a pretty functional setup. The building is shared with some other sections of the company, but we have our own designated area where the real work happens. It’s mostly just rows of workstations and some storage areas for raw materials. The morning starts early here, usually with a quick talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. It’s not a place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy decor. We have metal chairs and sturdy tables that have seen a lot of use over the years. The floor is concrete and we try to keep it swept, though fabric lint seems to get everywhere anyway. We have a small area where we keep the finished goods before they get picked up by the transport trucks. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the production floor because things are always changing. We don't use a lot of complicated systems; most of it is just paper lists and people talking to each other. It works for us. The area around Yeshwantpur is always loud and busy, which matches the energy inside our building. We’re just a group of people trying to keep things moving and making sure the orders are ready when they should be. It’s a long day, but we usually leave feeling like we got something done. It is just how we operate our business every day.
