We are based out of C V Raman Nagar, quite close to the Baiyappanahalli Metro Station. Being near the metro means there’s a constant stream of people coming and going from all parts of the city. It’s a bit of a transition point, really. Our space isn't huge, but it's where we handle all our gifting stuff. We’ve been in this area for a bit and have seen how much it’s grown since the metro started running nearby. The daily routine is pretty simple. We get in, check what orders need to be sorted, and spend most of our time handling the items we have. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and making sure things aren't getting damaged in the heat. We don't really have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. It's more of a functional space where the work actually happens. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the trains and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses or people living in the apartments around C V Raman Nagar. We don’t try to act like we’re some big company; it’s just us doing what we do. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we just keep cleaning and keep going. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they get off the train.
