Geltec Pvt Ltd is located at 24 Attibele on Pillappa Lane, right across from Applicam Pvt Ltd. This area is mostly industrial, so it’s full of warehouses and factories. Our building is a simple, functional place where we focus on our manufacturing work. It isn't the kind of office you see in movies; it’s a real workplace with the sound of machinery and the smell of production in the air. We have a team of people who show up every day to keep things running. Most of us have been here for years and we know the routine inside out. We don’t spend time on big presentations or corporate retreats. We just sit at our desks or stand by the machines and get the day's work done. Pillappa Lane can be a bit dusty when the big trucks go by, but we keep the windows closed and the fans on. We have a small break area where we drink tea and talk about the local news. The office is full of binders and shipping documents that tell the story of what we’ve been doing. We aren't trying to be fancy or use a lot of big words. We just want to make sure the products are made right and shipped on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know, and we are fine with that way of doing things.
