You can find Gastronomic Delights Llp at 93, Ranoji Rao Road in Basavanagudi. This part of town has a lot of old Bangalore charm, which we really like. The building at number 93 is where we spend our days dealing with the food business. It is not a huge warehouse or a shiny office building. It is more of a local spot where we can keep an eye on everything. Basavanagudi is always busy with people and markets, so there is a lot of energy around us. Ranoji Rao Road is a bit quieter than the main streets, which is nice when we need to get things finished. We have our desks and our equipment set up there, and it is usually a bit messy with notes and schedules. We are not into the corporate lifestyle, so things are pretty relaxed here. We mostly wear casual clothes and talk to each other across the room. There is always someone coming in or out with something related to our food projects. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a quick bite when we are too busy to cook. It is just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized. The name Gastronomic Delights sounds a bit more formal than we actually are in person. Most days it is just hard work and trying to make sure the inventory is right. It is a good place to be.
