You’ll find us on the 1st floor at 272, 12th Cross in Mahalakshmi Layout Post. It’s a quiet enough area most days, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. Fs-Cicb Compressors Pvt Ltd is where we spend our working hours dealing with, well, compressors. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at diagrams. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk up the stairs, you just find our main work area. It's a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment tucked into every corner. We aren't the type of people to use big corporate buzzwords. We just speak plainly about what can and can't be done. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a project, and other times we might close a little early if things are slow. It’s a flexible way of running things that seems to suit us just fine. The team here is small, so we all know each other's families and what's going on in our lives. It feels more like a small community than a big business. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising because we think the work should speak for itself. The stairs are a bit steep, so we all get a bit of a workout just coming and going every day. We've been here for a while and plan to stay.
