It’s quite a climb if you’re not used to it, but the view of the neighborhood is decent from up here. The layout is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the noisier parts of the city. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of technical manuals for the compressors we deal with. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s just where we coordinate everything and keep the records straight. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of someone typing or talking to a customer about a part they need. We’ve got a small area for tea and snacks, which is where we end up talking most of the time. Girinager has a nice local feel to it, and we feel like we’re part of that community even though we deal with industrial equipment. We don’t spend much time on appearances; we’re more concerned with making sure the orders are right and the shipments are on time. It’s a modest setup, but it’s been working for us for quite some time now. We just take it one day at a time and keep the business moving.
