Fosroc Chemicals (India) Pvt Limited is on the 2nd Floor of Hafeeza Chambers, which is at 111/3 on Double Road, K.H. Road. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of the city. We are up on the second floor, so we get a bit of a view of the traffic on K.H. Road, which is always backed up. The office is pretty simple. We spend most of our time on the phones or dealing with the technical side of the chemicals we handle. It’s not like being in a factory; it’s more of a hub for coordinating things. People come in and out all day for meetings or to drop off documents. Hafeeza Chambers is an older building, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and paper. We’ve got a small team here who just focus on getting the orders processed and the logistics sorted out. Double Road is always loud with horns and buses, so we keep the windows shut most of the time to keep the noise down. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We are just a chemical company working out of a standard office block. We stay focused on the work and head home when the sun goes down. Most days are just about managing the data and keeping everything on track for our clients and site visits.
