Our office is located at Sadashiva Nagar Bellary Road 212. It’s a well-known part of the city, and the traffic on Bellary Road is something we deal with every single day. Fortuna Projects India Pvt Ltd has its space here on the main stretch. The building itself is quite standard. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking on the phone. It’s not the quietest spot because of the road noise, but it’s convenient for getting to other parts of town. We have a few desks, a table for meetings, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t really do anything fancy with the interior. It’s just white walls and some basic office furniture. Number 212 is easy enough to find if you’re driving along the road towards the airport side. We’ve got a small parking area that fills up fast. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a busy atmosphere. We try to keep things moving and stay on top of the different projects we have going on. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on things. We don't have a big lobby or a lot of staff, just a group of people doing their jobs at this Sadashiva Nagar address.
