Our place is down on Chunchgatta Road, at numbers 29/1 and 2. It’s in the Konanakunte Post area. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like because it’s a little quieter. We deal with hydraulics, so there’s a lot of heavy metal and oil around here. The workshop and office are right next to each other. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your best clothes because things can get a bit dirty when we’re working on the equipment. We’ve been at this location for years and most of the locals know where we are. We have a small crew of technicians and a couple of people in the office to handle the paperwork. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of rules. We just work together to get the jobs done. Sometimes we stay late when a customer has an emergency with their machinery. It’s just part of the job. The road outside can be a bit bumpy and dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. We just try to be fair and do the work right the first time. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
