We’ve been over here at 13th Cross in Wilson Garden for a while now. Essae Gears & Transmission Pvt Ltd is just a place where we get into the nitty-gritty of gear work every single day. If you walk into our spot in Jayanagar, you’ll mostly hear the hum of machines and see a lot of metal shavings on the floor. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and making sure the parts fit right. Sometimes the tea break is the only time we actually sit down. The traffic around Wilson Garden can be a real headache in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on the transmissions and the technical stuff that needs doing. It’s hard work, and our hands usually have some grease on them by noon. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up at the shop, check the schedules, and get the gears moving. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine acts up or a delivery is late. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just know our way around the workshop and try to keep things running steady for whoever needs our parts. It’s a busy corner of Jayanagar, but it’s where we belong. Our coffee machine is also pretty old, but it gets the job done when we have a long night ahead of us.
