Espace Innovator Llp

Our office is at No. 5A, 1st Cross in S R Layout, which is part of the Murugeshpalya and Vimanapura area. It is right near the old airport, so you can hear the planes every now and then, which is something you just get used to after a week. The 1st Cross is a bit narrow, so if two cars try to pass each other, everything stops for a minute. Our building is a small one, and we occupy a space that feels more like a converted house than a corporate office. It has got a lot of character, I suppose, with different rooms for different tasks. We do the Espace Innovator work from here, mostly clustered around a few large tables. The wiring is a bit messy in the corners where we have plugged in all our equipment, but it all works fine. There is a small gate at the front that we have to remember to lock every evening. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there is always some activity on the street, like the iron-box man or the vegetable sellers passing by. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk through the front door and you are basically in the middle of our workspace. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the building doesn't have much shade, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It is a honest, hardworking little spot.
