Es Electronics is located at 438 on the 4th Main Road in Nagendra Block. This is part of the B.S.K. 1st Stage area. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and the 4th Main Road always has something going on. Our building is a standard multi-story place, and we have our setup on one of the floors. It’s not a flashy showroom. It’s full of workbenches, testing equipment, and boxes of circuit boards. The stairs are a bit steep, so we always tell people to watch their step. We’ve been operating from this Nagendra Block location for years. The neighborhood has grown a lot, with new cafes and shops popping up, but we’re still here doing the same thing. Inside, it’s a bit messy. There are wires everywhere and the desks are cluttered with components and half-drunk cups of coffee. We don't really bother with fancy decorations. We just want enough light to see what we are soldering. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. It’s a quiet place except for the occasional sound of a drill or the cooling fans on the machines. We just handle the electronics and keep the business running. It’s a straightforward life here in B.S.K. and we are used to the rhythm of this place. We just get on with it.
