Our office is located in the Banaswadi area, specifically around Sanewadi, at address 41276. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but the neighborhood is decent and has everything we need close by. We work in environmental services, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with reports and local regulations. The office itself is quite functional. We have stacks of files and maps leaning against the walls, and the desks are usually covered in paperwork. We aren't the type of company that has a fancy lobby or a person waiting at the door. You just walk in and find someone at their desk. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat about things other than work for a few minutes. The team is small, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don’t need much supervision. We just know what needs to happen and we go about doing it. Sometimes we have to go out on site, so the office can be empty for a few hours during the day. We like the independence of our work. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important to us and the people we help out. We’ve made this space our own over the years, and it feels like a second home to most of us.
