Enercon Systems Pvt Ltd is over here at 44P in Electronic City. If you know Hosur Road, you know how the traffic gets around here. It is especially bad in the mornings. We've been in this spot for a while now. The building isn't anything fancy. It is just a practical place where we get our work done. Most of us have been here for years. We know the local chai shops pretty well. We spend most of our time dealing with systems and technical stuff. It gets busy. Sometimes the office is a bit cluttered with parts and papers. That’s just how it is when you’re actually working. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with suits. It’s more about fixing things and making sure the orders go out on time. The East Phase is a busy area. There are lots of other companies around us doing similar things. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up. We just deal with it. We have a small team. We all know each other's families by now. It’s a decent place to work if you don’t mind the noise of the road outside. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It's not always perfect. Things get stressful when there's a deadline. We manage somehow. We’ve got a couple of old fans that make too much noise. They keep us cool enough. We stay until the work is done.
