Electronics Communication Engineering

This is Electronics Communication Engineering, and we’re set up in Room number 63 at the S. N. Hostel. It’s on the 3rd Cross in Ngr Layout here in Bangalore. It might seem a bit odd to have an engineering setup in a hostel room, but it’s where we started and it suits us just fine for now. Space is tight, so we have to be very organized with our tools and parts. There’s a lot of wires running along the walls. Bangalore is a big tech city, but we are just one small part of it tucked away in this building. We spend our days working on different communication projects. It’s mostly hands-on stuff. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is open, we are in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a big project going on, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that the guards know us well. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office. We just focus on the electronics and the engineering. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. You might hear the sounds of the hostel life outside the door, but we’re usually tuned out, focused on the soldering or the diagrams. It’s our little corner of the world. We have a small hot plate for making tea when the weather gets a bit chilly. It’s not much, but it’s our space and it works.
