Our place is over in JP Nagar 7th Phase, specifically in the RBI Layout. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit nicer than being in the middle of the city market. The office is at 357, 8th Main, 7th Cross, and you can usually find Jagdish Bhat around here. Elcoteq Electronics India Pvt Ltd operates out of this building, which feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few rooms set up for the electronics work. It gets a bit cluttered with wires and boxes sometimes, but we know where everything is. The 8th Main road can get busy with people commuting, but our cross is usually okay. We have a small area where we keep our tools and another for the finished items. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, just some simple lists to keep track of what we’re doing. It’s a small group of us, so we all know what needs to be done without much fuss. Usually, we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the weather or local events. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like the quiet of the RBI Layout compared to the louder parts of Bangalore. It’s just a decent place to spend the workday, and we take pride in the simple things.
