Our shop is located at 43, 4th Cross in Bapuji Layout, right behind the BHEL Township in Bangalore. Being behind the township means we get a lot of people passing through who work over there. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of trees, though the roads can get a bit cramped with all the cars parked on the sides. We’ve been in this building for a good bit now and it has started to feel like home. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the front door squeaks every time someone walks in, but it works for what we need. We handle all the Elcoteq Electronics India P Ltd business from this small corner. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with old monitors, circuit boards, and bundles of wires that we haven't sorted in months. It’s a bit of a mess if I’m being honest, but we know where everything is. The guys usually spend their time hunched over their desks with magnifying glasses. We don't have a dedicated lunchroom so we just clear a bit of space on the workbenches when it's time to eat. It’s a simple life and we don't have many complaints. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders as they come. It’s much better than working in one of those huge corporate offices where you don't even know your neighbor's name. It gets a little hot in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and get on with it.
