Our place is located in the 560017 area of Bangalore. It’s a typical busy spot in the city where there’s always something happening right outside the window. We’ve been operating Elcoteq Electronics Ind Pvt Ltd from here and it’s mostly just a lot of technical work every single day. The space is filled with benches and testing equipment which doesn't leave much room for anything else. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy like the tech giants down the road. It’s just a workspace where we get our hands dirty with the hardware. Most of the staff has been here for years so we all know how the machines act up when it gets too humid. Bangalore weather is usually good but the rain can make the commute a mess for everyone coming into the office. We usually start early to beat some of the traffic and stay until the work is finished. There isn't a lot of talk about strategy or big goals here; we just look at what’s on the bench and get to it. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost because the building numbers around here are a bit confusing, so we end up standing out on the street to wave them down. It’s just the daily routine of running an electronics business in a crowded city. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. No one here is looking for anything too complicated beyond the next job.
