If you're looking for us, we are tucked away at 265, 6th Main 10th Cross in Msr Nagar. Jalahalli is a nice area, though the streets can be a bit confusing if you’re new to the neighborhood. Here at El Shaddai Instruments, things are pretty low-key. We handle a lot of technical tools and measuring gear, so it gets pretty quiet when everyone is concentrating. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or anything. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. The shelves are packed with different instruments, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact one someone is asking about. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for working with our hands. It’s practical work. Sometimes we run behind on paperwork because we’re busy checking the equipment, but we try to keep things moving. Neighbors know us as the place that’s always got lights on late in the evening. We don't do much advertising because most people find us by word of mouth anyway. We have a small radio that plays in the background most of the time, which helps keep the mood light when things get stressful. It’s just how things have always been done here in Jalahalli. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough.
