Dr. Zamindars Microsurgical Eye Centre

Over at Dr. Zamindars Microsurgical Eye Centre, things stay pretty busy throughout the week. You can find us on the 1st floor of the building located on 7th B Cross in Jai Bharath Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though parking on the cross streets can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The centre is laid out with the waiting area right near the entrance and the exam rooms further back. We do a lot of eye checkups and various surgeries throughout the day. The light in the exam rooms has to be just right, so we spend a lot of time fiddling with the switches and the equipment. It’s not the kind of place that feels like a big, cold hospital. It feels more like a local office where everyone knows your name after a few visits. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with the cleaning and the paperwork when things get slow. Most of our patients are from around Jai Bharath Nagar, though some travel from further out if they’ve been coming to see us for years. We just try to get through the day's schedule as best as we can. There is usually a bit of a rush in the late afternoon before we close up. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, helping folks with their eyes right here in the neighborhood.
