You will find us over in Kengal-Channapatna. It is a quiet spot, which is good for studying. Our college is mainly about those white lab coats and the smell of chemicals in the classrooms. It’s not a very tall building, but it has enough room for the labs and the library where students tend to hide out during exams. We have been here for some time now, and the routine hasn't changed much. Students arrive early, some from nearby villages and others from the town. They spend a lot of time looking through microscopes or writing down formulas in their journals. The labs can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we keep the windows open. We’ve got a small canteen where everyone grabs tea and talks about their results. It’s a simple life here. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the equipment needed for the pharmacy courses. The staff rooms are usually full of books and stacks of papers to be marked. Outside, the grounds are kept plain. People in Channapatna know us as the place for pharmacy studies. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time on decorations. We just make sure the students have their schedules and the labs are ready for the next batch. It’s just a regular college doing its thing day after day. We even have a small garden area that the students use for breaks between lab sessions. It’s nothing fancy, just some grass and a few benches to sit on while they review notes.
