We are situated at Flat Number 1 on the 17th Cross in N.S. Palya, which is part of BTM Layout. This area is mostly known as the Kaveriappa Industrial area, tucked right off the main Bannerghatta Road. Being an industrial neighborhood, you’ll see lots of small factories and workshops when you drive in. It’s not exactly a scenic part of town, but that is where our office has been for years. We’re part of the Agarwal health care group and we mostly handle eye care stuff. The office sits in a building shared with a few other businesses, so there’s usually a mix of people in the hallway. We have the standard eye testing equipment set up and a small area for people to wait. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep some fans going to help with that. Most of our patients live right here in the BTM area. Car parking is pretty tight on the 17th Cross, so bringing a bike is usually a better idea. We don’t have a big front desk or a lot of staff; it’s just a few of us keeping the records straight and helping with exams. We don't use any fancy marketing words. We just open the doors, do the eye checks, and help folks with their glasses. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of place for us to work. We just do the job and go home.
