Dmbake House Llp is located at Sy No 8/1 on the Hennur Bagalur Main Road, right in the Kothanur area of Bangalore. If you have ever driven down that road, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the cars and buses heading towards the airport. Our little corner in Bangalore-560077 is where we spend almost all our time. It’s not a fancy office building; it’s a working bake house. We started here because the location seemed busy enough, and we liked being in the Kothanur neighborhood. Every morning, the first thing we do is check the supplies and get the heat going. The Karnataka weather can be a bit unpredictable, but the routine inside the bake house stays pretty much the same. We have a few guys who have been with us since we opened, and we just kind of figured out how to work together as we went along. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bags and staying on our feet for hours. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout to hear each other, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't some massive chain with stores everywhere. We are just here at Sy No 8/1, doing the work and trying to keep everything running smoothly. It is a bit messy sometimes, with flour on the floor and sticky counters, but that is just part of the job.
