We are based in the Ozone Manay Tech Park, specifically in A Block on the 3rd floor. This is over in Hongasandra Village, right along Hosur Road. The tech park is a bit more polished than some other industrial areas, but once you step inside our office, it’s a pretty standard workspace. We deal with power solutions, so there are always wires and batteries and testing equipment around the place. It’s not a quiet office. Between the phone calls and the discussions over technical problems, there’s always something happening. We have a decent-sized team, but we don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very strictly. We just focus on getting the work finished. Our desks are usually a bit of a disaster area with papers and manuals everywhere. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or mission statements in frames. We just want to make sure the power systems we work on are reliable. Hosur Road is a nightmare for traffic, so most of us are either coming in early or leaving late to avoid the worst of it. Lunch is usually just whatever we can find nearby or something we brought from home. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the tech park change, but our daily grind stays mostly the same. We just stay busy with the technical details and try to keep everything on schedule for the people we work with every day.
