You can find us up on the third floor of the building at 16/m Miller Tank Bund Area. It's right on Thimmaiah Road in the Vasanthnagar area. We handle a lot of dialysis patients here every single day. People come in three times a week usually, so we get to know them and their families pretty well over time. It's a long process, sitting there for hours at a time, so we try to make the space as comfortable as it can be in a medical setting. The machines are always humming in the background. We've got the beds set up and the nurses are usually running around checking monitors or helping someone out. It gets pretty busy in the mid-morning shift. Being part of the Bdh setup means we focus mostly on kidney health and making sure everyone gets their treatment properly. The location is okay, though parking on Thimmaiah Road can be a real headache some days when the traffic is heavy. We see people from all over this side of the city. Some have been coming to see us for years. We do our best to keep the schedules on time, but sometimes a treatment takes longer than we thought or someone arrives late. It’s just the nature of this kind of medical work. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just the clinic floor where the real work happens. The staff stays busy with the cleaning and the prepping for the next round of patients. It’s a steady, honest routine for us.
