You can find us over in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically the 2nd Phase on 3rd Main in Kundalahalli. It's a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always noise from the other shops and factories around us. We’ve set up our research place here because it’s central to a lot of what happens in the industry. The building at 1615 isn't anything special to look at, but we have everything we need inside to get our pharma research done. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm to how we handle the projects that come in. It’s mostly technical work, looking at samples and writing up reports. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the desk just picks up. We focus on the private limited side of things now, keeping the records straight and making sure the research is handled the right way. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a big project is due. Peenya is a tough place to commute to if you don't leave early, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a straightforward operation here at D2L.
