We’ve been working out of Plot No. 143-H in the Bommasandra Industrial Area for quite some time. It’s right off Hosur Main Road in Annekal Taluk, which makes it easy for the trucks to come and go, though traffic can be a nightmare some afternoons. Most of us here just focus on getting the ovens and heat equipment ready. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or parts waiting to be put together. It isn’t a fancy office with air conditioning everywhere, just a practical space where we do the welding and assembly. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order needs to go out. We started small and just kept at it, year after year. The guys on the shop floor know their way around the machinery better than anything else. We don’t spend much time on fancy brochures or websites because we are usually too busy with the actual work. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone covered in a bit of grease or holding a wrench. That’s just how it is here at C.S. Aerotherm Pvt. Ltd. We deal with a lot of local businesses around this part of the state. It gets hot inside when the machines are running full blast, but that’s the nature of the job. We just keep the doors open to let some air in and carry on with whatever is on the bench for that day.
