Croissance Ventures Llp is based at C 183 in the Sobha Magnolia Apartment. We are right on Bannerghatta Road in the Gurappanpalya area. Bannerghatta Road is always packed with traffic, so we usually hear the horns and the buses from our windows. The office is inside the apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a workplace. We have a couple of rooms set up with our computers and some basic office supplies. We don't have any corporate branding or expensive decor. It’s just Croissance Ventures, and we’re here to do our work. The Gurappanpalya neighborhood is very lively, with a lot of movement all day long. Being in Sobha Magnolia is convenient because it’s a well-known spot, but inside our unit, it’s just a normal workspace. We don't have any grand statements about what we do. It’s mostly just us looking at spreadsheets and taking calls. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay productive despite the noise from the road. We aren't a massive venture firm with a penthouse; we’re just working from C 183. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a fancy commercial building. We like the local vibe and the fact that we can just step out and be in the middle of the city's energy. Most of the time we are just focused on meeting our own deadlines.
