Coxswain Ventures Llp is based in Sanjay Nagar. We are located at A 58 in the CIL Layout. Sanjay Nagar is a pleasant part of Bengaluru because it still has a lot of greenery and a local feel to it. Our office is a simple setup where we handle different business ventures. It is mostly a lot of reading through proposals and sitting in meetings. We don't have a big fancy office with a view. Our windows look out onto the street where people are going about their daily lives. Inside, we have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We do our own cleaning and make our own coffee. There is no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where needed. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to people about their projects. Some days are very busy and others are quite slow, giving us time to catch up on filing. We don't have a marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on the gate. It is a very low-key operation. We like it that way because it allows us to focus on the ventures themselves without getting distracted by corporate fluff. The CIL Layout is a good, steady place to work from. We have been here for some time now and plan to stay for a while. We just keep working hard.
