Connecttogrowth Llp

We are way up in Hebbal, in the Maple building of Godrej Woodsmen Estate. Our office is B 1504, so we get a really good view of Bellary Road from up here. Sometimes we just stand by the window and watch the traffic crawl toward the airport. Connecttogrowth is a small team, and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being in a residential estate like this is a little different than a regular office park. It feels more quiet, though you still get the noise from the construction nearby. We spend our days trying to help businesses figure out how to get bigger, but we do it in a very plain-spoken way. We don't like using those fancy words that don't really mean anything. We just look at what is happening and offer some practical thoughts. The office has a few desks and a very small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so people keep coming back. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all just sit around talking until it comes back on. It is a very human way to work, honestly. We don't have any big corporate rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure everyone is on the same page before we leave for the day and head back down the elevator.
