CONCEPT FARMS AND RESORTS PROJECT LLP

Concept Farms and Resorts Project LLP is located up in Sahakarnagar. We are on the 1st floor of a building on the 1st cross, 15th Main Road. It’s a pretty quiet part of North Bangalore compared to the center. Our address is 28/1, specifically K No 41/1251/28/1. We spend our time thinking about land and how to make resorts work better. It’s not all glamorous, honestly. There is a lot of measuring and checking rules. We like being in E Block because it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. Sometimes the stairs to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who actually care about what we’re building. We talk to people, look at maps, and try to get things right. The local shops nearby have great tea, which helps during the afternoon slump. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work on farm and resort projects because that’s what we know. It’s practical work. Sometimes things go slow with the permits and all that, but we just keep at it. Sahakarnagar is a good place to be based. It’s got a bit of green left, which fits what we do. We usually head home once the sun goes down and the traffic starts to pick up again.
